Biography
Born in Rome in 1977, Fabio began working in the sector in 2004, fortunately mentored by one of the founding fathers of Italian Cooperation, Sergio Palladini.
He has lived and worked in Morocco, Afghanistan, Egypt, and Tunisia, specializing in the management of debt swap programs and focusing on public finance in partner countries, ODA effectiveness, and governance. Before assuming the position of Head of Office in Nairobi, he worked at the AICS Headquarters in charge of geographic coordination and programming, with responsibility for the West Africa region, and was Head of the AICS Office in Niamey.
